                   Readme File For Rescue.EXE

======================================================================
During installation this file will be copied to your installation
directory as Rescue.TXT. When you create a reference or rescue disk
it will be copied to the floppy disk and renamed to Readme.TXT.

The Rescue.EXE program should ONLY be run when your computer is started
in DOS mode. (It should NOT be run from Windows OR from a DOS box
started from Windows). If you are in Windows select 'Start', 'Shutdown'
then 'Restart the computer in MS DOS mode?' and select <Yes>.

When you create a reference/rescue disk it will store a copy of your
drive templates onto a floppy disk. These templates can be re-installed
at a later date if the drive has been corrupted by an unrecoverable
virus.

If you suspect a virus infection you should first try to check your
PC by starting your operating system and scanning all the files.
If you cannot load your operating system and are using a rescue or
reference disk then run

A:\Rescue.EXE /?

and follow the prompts from there.
